John Vincent is hands down a go getter. We met him at the Cincinnati Home and Garden show in March. We weren’t sure if we were ready to sale until John came to our home with comps and an idea of how much we could get for our home that we’ve loved for 19 years. After discussing and a walk through we knew it was the right time. We found a new build that we loved and within a month we sold our home (over asking) and put a contract in on another.
